Our bespoke facials are available in 75, 90, or 105-minute sessions, depending on your skin needs and treatment plan. Each session length is tailored to provide effective and relaxing results.

Most clients notice a visible improvement after the first session. However, for lasting anti-ageing effects or to treat specific concerns, a course of treatments may be recommended. We’ll work with you to create a personalised plan.

We recommend arriving with a clean face, free of makeup, and avoiding the use of retinol or strong acids 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Absolute Contraindications (Treatment Not Recommended If You Have Any of the Following) Pacemaker or implanted electronic devices – Microcurrent, radio frequency, and ultrasound may interfere with device function. Heart conditions – Including arrhythmias or a history of heart disease. Pregnancy – Some technologies, including radio frequency and microcurrent, are not recommended. Epilepsy or history of seizures – Electrical stimulation may trigger seizures. Active cancer or undergoing cancer treatment – Treatment may not be suitable. Metal implants in the treatment area – Includes plates, screws, or dental implants (radio frequency and microcurrent may be unsuitable). Uncontrolled diabetes – Healing may be impaired, increasing the risk of complications. Neurological disorders – Conditions such as multiple sclerosis or nerve damage may be affected by electrical currents. Recent facial surgery or cosmetic procedures – Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox or fillers, and consult your practitioner before undergoing any treatments. Active infections, cold sores, or open wounds – Treatment may spread infection or further irritate the area. Severe rosacea, eczema, or psoriasis in the treatment area – May cause excessive irritation or a flare-up. Use of Accutane (Isotretinoin) within the last 6 months – Increases skin sensitivity and risk of complications with peels and advanced treatments.
